What Doctors Say About NeuroSPINE Training
Listen what our Participants said after the first training February 2026
Dr. Simon Yu - St. Louis / USA
... excellent training, ... combination of osteopathic techniques and perineural dextrose-infiltration leading to amazing results ..... my own wife Kathie suffered over 8 years untreatable pains in her legs which are now gone for several days. Next training I will bring my own osteopath .....
definitly more than worth this expensive training fees ....
Dr. Renate Thiele, wholistic medicine and president of OZONE Society AT
.... as an addition to my former comment: I want to mention one more point: we all got treatment, lots of treatment, .... normally I would pay more for my treatments then the trainings costs of this seminar
Dr. Carmen Putz from Illmitz / Burgenland
... phenomenal, unbeliefable. .... Amazing quality, how many great people I have met here. It is worth 3fold or 4fold the price they charge, the knowledge I got is priceless!
Dr. Hans Schönberger, Bayrischzell, GP
... the little speach that Carmen jast gave usis the best example what this training is doing. She did NeurNJect on her brain and since then she can't stop talking and praising the training, before she hardly talked one word during the entire training.
Thank you Adel, than you Florian !!
OZON Expert Dr. Renate Thiele from LINZ
... fantastic, I can recommend it whole-heartedly, a wonderful combination that I will use daily in my clinic in future. Yes, it is an expensive training but adequat to what we get as we can use it immediatly on the clinic. All the "secerets" are shared so we never had the impressions the teachers held anything back. Absolutely recommended.
GP Dr. Iris Prethaler from Kitzbühel / Tirol
unique, amazing, absolutely convinced to be able to use it on monday in my clinic. Absolutely recommended.
ENT-Specialist Dr. Sieghard Glanzer from Villach / Austria
... I have attended many trainings, but this was the most impressive of all of them. So simple tools that we can use on a daily basis .... I can recommend this training very much, hope Dr. Adel Rayess comes again to Austria
Dr. Atel Hemat, internal medicine in Köln, DE
... the combination of primary-lesion and NeurNJect is marvellous. A new perspective. We find the lowest pearl in a pearl-chain and remove that and all the other pearls drop by themselfs.
The price pays itself 10-fold because we are so much quicker in our treatment
Dr. Peter Brunner - Functional-Muscle-Diagnostics-Expert in Linz / AT
I have integrated primary lesion in the FMD technique, it is very very interessting to see how osteopathic findings disappear immediatley! It overrules a 30 years old kind of thinking. Thank you for your important inputs, Adel !!

Dr. Runa Rahman-Oshiga, GP in Vienna / AT - Neuromodulation expert
I got many new tools to as addon to my Neuromodulation speciality to help people with various pains.
I think the price is more than justified for this seminar and I would do it again right away.
final notice by Dr. Helmut Retzek - Co-Organizer of the training
25 Doctors did the training
I have not had the chance to interview all of them, but everyone was enlighted and enthusisatic.
What we have been trained is perfectly feasible in a regular clinic on nearly every patient walking by, as nearly everyone has somewhere pain in the body and you get the tools to improve about 60-80% of the patients already with Level1 training.

Dr. Adel Rayess
Dr. Adel Rayess was a speaker at the IGMEDT conference in Vienna in 2025 and captivated the audience. There were many subsequent requests for training in his methodology.
The physician and osteopath Dr. Adel Rayess from Beirut, Lebanon, is the most well-known doctor in the Arab world due to his groundbreaking successes. His incredible number of followers for a physician is not the result of advertising or regular TV appearances, but rather of successful patient cases.
Background
Dr. Rayess suffered a severy ski-trauma with fracture of the hip and subsequent tremendous pain that brought him in to the wheelchair. He was cured by an Osteopath and thus went to Lousanne / CH to study osteopathy himself.
He worked in a morgue as a student, which allowed him to apply the osteopathic concept of the “Primary Lesion” to the relevant anatomical background: The “Primary Lesion” refers to the original, underlying trauma that impairs the structural integrity of the body and triggers the pain chain.
Working on corpse in the morgue Dr. Rayess has identified actual anatomical changes and methods for diagnosing them quickly and precisely; he extends and reclassified the original term “Primary Lesion” to also include his newly discovered “Primary Fixation.” This Primary Lesion is not the location where pain is felt, but rather the origin of the dysfunction. This is also why “where it hurts” treatments do not produce lasting results.
Dr. Rayess sees a maximum of 80 patients per day, but receives many more requests from his local area alone and now wants to share his findings through courses.

Florian Schöning
Florian is not only a physiotherapist and naturopathic practitioner (HP), but he also has years of training in US neurological societies, is the only EU-certified FSM trainer and trainer for perineural infiltrations, and thus one of the most comprehensive pain therapists in Germany.
Florian is legendary among us colleagues because he possesses inexhaustible neurological knowledge and can seemingly work magic with it, simply “switching off” patients’ symptoms.
On top of that, he brought the almost magically effective perineural infiltration to Europe and is currently the only trainer for it.
I can confirm that this has not only evolved my practice, but revolutionized it!
